This policy describes how "Matsuri Merge" (the "App") handles user information.
To improve the quality of the App, we may collect the following through Google Firebase Analytics:
This information does not identify you personally and is not used for advertising tracking.
Settings such as your high score, selected mode, and sound on/off are stored only on your device and are never sent to our servers.
The App does not require account registration and has no in-app purchases. You are never asked for your real name, email address, or any similar personal information. (The only text you can enter is an optional nickname for the world ranking — see section 4.)
The App offers an optional world ranking. Taking part is entirely up to you: if you do not set a nickname, nothing is sent and you do not appear in the ranking.
If you choose to take part, the following is stored and shown publicly as part of the world ranking:
This data is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) and is linked only to an anonymous ID issued to your installation. It is not tied to your Apple ID, email address, or any other identifying information. Only the top scores are displayed publicly.
The App uses Google Firebase (Analytics, Cloud Firestore, and anonymous Authentication). Data handling follows Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
This version does not display advertisements. If advertising (such as Google AdMob) is introduced in a future update, this policy will be updated beforehand and, where required, the App will request the appropriate permissions.
The App contains no objectionable content and is suitable for all ages. It is not directed exclusively at children. If a child takes part in the world ranking, please make sure the nickname does not reveal any personal information.
This policy may be revised as needed. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
